Never Have I Ever is a completely self-contained party game:

• No Internet Required: The App works 100% offline after installation

• No Data Transmission: Nothing you do in the App is sent anywhere
• Questions Included: All 1,100+ questions across 5 categories are pre-loaded in the app

Your gameplay experience, question history, and any interactions with the App remain entirely on your device.

Never Have I Ever offers premium category unlocks through Apple's In-App Purchase system:

• Payment Processing: All transactions are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store
• Apple's Privacy Policy: Apple's privacy policy governs payment information collection and processing
• Purchase Records: We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment information
• Local Unlock State: Purchase status is stored locally on your device using standard iOS mechanisms
